The Housing Authority of the City of Torrington will receive sealed bids, in triplicate, for the project entitled: Torrington Towers Site Improvements, until 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at the Administration Office of the said Authority, located at 110 Prospect Street, Torrington, CT. 06790, at which time all bids will be publicly opened.
A pre-bid conference for all interested bidders will be held at the project site. Attendance is recommended, although not mandatory. The interested bidders are requested to meet at the lobby of Torrington Towers, located at 52 Summer Street. in Torrington, CT at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, September 29, 2025. It is suggested that all interested bidders attend the pre-bid conference.
