Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, services, and equipment necessary to complete the “General Renovations for Old Post Village, Tolland CT” will be received at the Tolland Town Manager’s Office located at 21 Tolland Green, Level 5, Tolland, CT 06084 until 2:00 p.m. on October 20, 2025. Bids received after 2:00 p.m. will not be opened. Bid Opening will be shortly thereafter at the Old Post Village Community Room 763 Tolland Stage Road, Tolland, CT 06084.
A mandatory pre-bid walk through will be held on site in the Community Room at Old Post Village, 763 Tolland Stage Road, Tolland, CT at 2:00 p.m. on October 2, 2025.
